    This month we celebrated MAP HR’s 1st Birthday and what a year it has been! We celebrated with all our clients of course because without them the success for 2018 would not have been possible. As well as securing a number of new contracts this year, we are so pleased we have been able to continue to provide a bespoke HR service to our long-standing construction and hospitality clients, were we are now providing support across a number of new industries such as; Digital Marketing, IT Recruitment, Restaurant and Bar and Cosmetics. We have loved building on our partner relationships with our clients and welcoming more along the way. It has been great to see that so many more SME’s are taking their HR responsibilities seriously and seeing the value this is adding to their overall business performance and growth of their teams. Not just our clients but many more businesses are really starting to appreciate the importance and the benefits to having relative HR support, as well as contracts and policies in place to ensure they treat their workers fairly and get the best from their teams as a result. One of the reasons why Kate founded MAP HR in March 2018, was to allow SME’s to do just that in a way that was bespoke to their business and budget’s, with this type of offering having played a big part in our success within our 1st year. We absolutely love the work that we do and how we are supporting all of our clients in their own unique way. We can’t wait to continue and share in the success of MAP HR and our Partner businesses over the next year and for many more after that!
